Put every kid in the game
Sports taught Vince discipline, teamwork, and how to get back up. No child should miss those lessons because of a registration fee or a missing pair of cleats.
How the initiative works
In underserved neighborhoods, organized sports are often the first thing cut and the last thing funded — and the kids who need them most are the first ones priced out. The Youth Sports Initiative closes that gap.

Access & equipment
Registration fees, gear, and field time for kids whose families can't cover them — so the only requirement to play is wanting to.

Camps & coaching
Youth camps and clinics — including time with Vince himself — where kids get real coaching in fundamentals, effort, and attitude.

Community events
Signature events like Vince Young's Community Unity Fun Day bring whole neighborhoods together around their kids — games, giveaways, and a reminder that somebody's invested in them.
More than a game
Look at the shirts in this huddle from Vince's youth camp: "Tell me that I can't do it. Tell me it's impossible... and I will say I won't quit." That's the curriculum.
